Why Remote Management?
Today’s modern communication infrastructure is highly software dependent. When problems occur, they are rarely caused by physical hardware breakdowns. The culprit is usually an error in the configuration of the device or a situation which can be corrected remotely without having to travel to site saving money and customer aggravation.

REMOTEMANAGER
Remote management on an individual unit basis is useful, but becomes cumbersome when a few tens or hundreds of units are involved. With this in mind we designed REMOTEMANAGER which contains a powerful database facility and the ability to automatically contact units immediately or on a scheduled basis.

Scheduled Operations
Routine operations such as software upgrades, can be scheduled to take place at a nominated date and time. This can be used to minimise communications costs or to
put a desired configuration in place to coincide with a network change. Post event reports detailing automatic retries and a full success / fail log are also available.
